Most in stock and ready to ship items will go out within 5-7 business days. If your order is taking longer to ship it may be because the item is currently out of stock. Multiple orders (wedding gifts) can take between 1-2 weeks to ship depending on availability and priority. Always contact us before placing an order if you are in a hurry or if your event is in less than 30 days.

*** US ORDERS***
All domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail with TRACKING NUMBER provided immediately after the order is shipped to your address. Once shipped, delivery time will vary between 2-5 business days.

*** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ***
Items ship through USPS First Class Mail International. Tracking number is provided but once the package leaves the US territory scanning is no longer mandatory. In that case your country can decide to keep scanning your package or not. Therefore is very common that international buyers see that their items were last scanned in the US and don't see any other information after that. As per the USPS information this confirms that the package is no longer in the US territory.

Please note that once the order leaves our shop we have no control over it anymore and calculating how long the customs department will take to release it over to you can be tricky. Delivery time will always vary from each country. Your order can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive (if the customs department holds you package delivery can take up to 90 days or longer in some cases). For this reason we highly recommend purchasing additional Priority mail upgrade, specially if your event is in less than 30 days.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase.
