Customer service was very responsive, but not wildly helpful. My package was lost by USPS and the shop owner made it clear I was on my own to sort that out. USPS eventually found and delivered my cookie cutters. They arrived hairy from being 3D printed so I will spend time cleaning them well before use (which should be done anyway) and they both have black plastic melted into the blue so they’re just not as pretty. They’re going to make just an okay gift.
