Toesty Sheets’ NO TUCK fitted top sheet has an elastic bottom hem, that secures itself to the foot of the mattress like a fitted sheet, and a straight top hem. This design guarantees that the top sheet will stay centered and secure, while still providing ample room for comfort and movement without coming undone.

Pure cotton sheets do tend to get wrinkles, especially when new. Hotels often use sheets made of cotton and polyester, which makes them less wrinkly, but they just don’t feel as nice as smooth, soft, percale cotton sheets. So, what to do?
Best way to wrinkle free sheets is to prevent them wrinkling much in the first place.
- untangle your sheets before placing in the machine.
- don’t overload the machine or the dryer. When they get squashed, they get wrinkly.
- remove promptly at the end of the cycle and dry.
- use low temperatures for washing and drying to prevent wrinkles
Nothing sets in wrinkles better than leaving your sheets to sit in a crumpled, wet heap.
Wash regularly. Fresh, clean sheets are the best.

The higher the thread count, the better the sheets, right? Actually, no (We were shocked to discover this too!) Thread count is an incredibly out-dated method for measuring cotton sheets. It’s actually considered to be an outdated form of measurement for gauging bedding quality. Higher thread count sheets also mean a tighter weave causing them to lose any benefit of cooling and breathing. It’s all in the weave. Percale is a weave of fabric with a simple criss-cross pattern. The yarns go one-under-one-over, creating a tight-knit structure that is smooth and durable. Percale sheets feel crisp to the touch, and they get softer with every wash.

Many sheets are finished with chemicals that are harmful to your skin & body. Companies process their sheets with chemical finishes to stop shrinking, wrinkling, and pilling in the wash. It’s incredibly important to look for OEKO-TEX or Certi-PUR certifications when buying sheets. Consumers often think they’re safe with Cotton sheets because they’re grown but cotton is often sprayed with chemicals & pesticides that carry over into the final product. Really nice fabric, exactly as described, and we're very happy. One constructive comment is that we'd like to see a wider elastic band for the fitted corners so it feels like the elastic bands will last longer.
