As soon as we were alerted to the problem with the ribbon, we reached out to our customer and arranged a replacement. She tried unsuccessfully to edit her review and asked we post this comment: "I am most pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received from Cottage Crafts. My problem was taken care of IMMEDIATELY and of no effort on my end. I will buy again. Thank you so much."

This ribbon was perfect for my fish wreath and I like working with the 4 inch ribbon; however this particular ribbon was super thin and doesn’t like to lay well, frayed easier. I still was able to use it and made it look nice.
