Can you cut my logo/design out of metal?

Plasma has a hard time with small and detailed designs. The only way to tell if your logo or design is possible is to send me an artwork file and the dimensions. I need both pieces of info to tell you what is possible. If you like a design but want something tweaked, changed, or added, let me know and I can work up a unique piece for you. I currently offer a RAW STEEL finish as standard on all signs. Left untreated the sign will rust and develop a natural patina completely unique to your environment. Due to the nature of raw steel, each piece will vary in look, giving you a unique piece. The INDOOR FLAT CLEAR coat is the best option if you like the look of the raw steel. It is an oil based clear coat that will hold up well inside and is easy to clean. This finish leaves the steel a few shades darker, sometimes even black. A UV protected SILVER, GLOSS CLEAR or FLAT BLACK powder coat will protect the steel in the toughest conditions including outside in wet and salty environments. Powder coat is a thick industrial coating that is VOC free and holds up for many years.

Custom and personalized orders

Purchasing a Custom Listing indicates proof approval by the customer unless otherwise noted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the proof is correct in all areas (spelling, grammar, layout, etc). If a proof containing errors is purchased, the customer is responsible for repurchasing. If you need to request a change to your personalized text, this needs to be completed within 2 hours of purchase. If you have purchased a sign and I need to send you a proof before beginning work, if I have not heard from you in 2 weeks, I will cancel and refund the order. The designs for our signs are all made by Maker Table and we have the right to use that design as a product example on our Etsy shop and website, or for future sales.

Your sign will be cut out using a homemade CNC plasma table that will cut out the design precisely with a plasma torch operating at 50,000 degrees. Once your sign cools, I will start the finishing process to remove any unwanted slag and sharp edges. The product, once completed, is a raw steel sign perfect for your antique finish, paint or natural rust.

Custom items cannot be returned for any reason. If a mistake is made or the item is damaged in shipping - please reach out and I will be happy to make this right for you! Stock items may be returned if requested within 48 hours of delivery. You must contact me and receive a Return Authorization. The customer is responsible for return shipping and return the product in the same packaging as ordered, if possible. If the item is not returned in like new condition, any loss of value will be deducted from the refund. I will verify the product is resalable and issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee (prior to any taxes on the order).

Any change that must be made after ordering should be done within 2 hours, including holidays and weekends. If the item has already been cut, a new order must be placed and a discount may be given subject to any and all current sales. Proofs are not sent before production unless specifically requested at the time of purchase or if I have a question about your personalization.

INSTALLATION & MOUNTING GUIDE For the safest and strongest setup, please note that because of the swing-arm design, this stool creates leverage when in use. For your safety, it must be anchored into a solid structural support (such as a wood stud, 4x4 post, or concrete).

Avoid Drywall: Please do not mount this directly to drywall, even with heavy-duty anchors. Drywall alone cannot support the movement of the arm.

Recommended Solution: If a stud isn't located exactly where you need the stool, we recommend installing wood blocking (minimum 2x4) behind the wall or mounting a wood board on top of the drywall to span the studs.

This item has the potential to be a big seller for the company but a smooth, solid wood seat should be found to do it justice. Current plywood seat is not acceptable. They should also work on quality control and finding matching screws (even if just spray painted). This is an old style and bright silver lag screws do not "fit". I had to return. Excellent customer service and responsiveness.
