Vintage from the 1960s
Materials: pure new wool

This is a brilliant vintage dress for winter in a classic 1960s mod style. The fabric is pure new wool, in a lovely chocolate brown with a complimenting orange and beige stripe running all around the bottom of the dress. The dress fastens at the back in the centre with a concealed zip. The dress is lined with a matching chocolate brown satin look fabric. The dress does not have pockets, shoulder pads or belt loops. The dress is darted at the bust so that it is nicely fitted. It is also tailored so that skirt had a nice flair at the front and back. The dress has some minor age related marks in the beige stripes. I have included these in the pictures and reflected this very minor imperfection in the price. Once wearing the dress with accessories, these small marks will be in no way noticeable. This is such a fab dress for autumn and winter, with its very seasonal colours. It would look super with a jacket and chunky scarf and hat set. It could easily be dressed up and worn as evening wear. Please note, in a couple of photos the dress is fastened to the mannequin to show best fit. In other pictures, the actual shape and size are shown.
