All designs are customizable in color and some are customizable in size. If you don't see the option you need in the shopping cart options for an item, write me a message to create a custom option especially for you.

All items in the store have specified the size in inches and centimeters, both in the description and in some of the product images. If you have any questions or want a custom size, write me a message and I will respond quickly.

Each item includes basic care guidelines in its description. These guidelines are also included inside the box in the shipment.

All items offer you the option to include a special gift box and to add a personalized message inside. You can see a photo with all the details among the images of each product:

* If you choose this option, the article is packed in a linen or jute sack inside a beautiful hand-decorated box.

* You can add a personalized message that will go inside a small envelope with flowers.

If you do not choose the decorate gift box option, the item is delicately packaged in a box with the MPCrochet logo.

Please make sure you check that your shipping and contact address is correct! All packages will be shipped to the address indicated on the order.

* All orders are shipped by courier. You can see details in the products images.

* Shipping is fast and tracked until the product is delivered. For this you MUST INDICATE YOUR PHONE NUMBER in the space for personalization when making your purchase to provide it to the courier. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE TELEPHONE NUMBER MAKES DELIVERY UNFEASIBLE.

* The tracking code can be consulted at any time after receipt of the order.

If it's a customized item, unfortunately not.
If it's a purchased item ready to ship, you can return it if you don't like it. In that case, please contact me within 14 days of receiving the order by emailing store@mpcrochet.com for instructions on the return process.
We recommend returns by private courier to avoid deterioration.
Customers are responsible for return costs.
If the item does not arrive in perfect condition, the buyer will be responsible for its loss of value.
