* In addition, enclosed is an extra 24 inch clear balloon. (2 clear 24 inch balloons total you will receive). You can save the extra balloon, or use if needed.

** Confetti is handmade, 2 inch circle pieces, tissue material, most of the confetti will pool at the bottom of the balloon as displayed in pictures/video

**** HELIUM DISCLAIMER: Best recommendation is to rent a helium tank from a local party supply store, or oxygen/gas/welding supply company. You can also have them individually filled at a local party supply store, call your local party supply store in advance to ensure. Store bought helium tanks are highly NOT recommended, as they are mixed with air, and air will cause the balloons to sink fast/not float. That is the same for all other balloons as well. When filled with high quality helium, the balloons can stay afloat for days. If you need further assistance on where to find helium, please message, as I am more thank happy to help locate for you. ****

Instructions:


** INSERT CONFETTI FIRST, INFLATE YOUR 24 INCH BALLOON, SEAL CLOSED WITH A KNOT, APPLY DECAL LAST **


Step 1: Carefully remove the transparent balloon from the bag.

**Although the balloon might look small it WILL become 24 inches once inflated.**

Step 2: Unfold the balloon to make it flat.

Step 3: Vigorously pull the balloon in the horizontal direction.

Step 4: Vigorously pull the balloon in the vertical direction.

* Keep the surface of the balloon flat. *

** IF filling with confetti, now is when you will do so **

Step 5: Inflate the balloon SLOWLY, by either using an electric air balloon pump (fastest results), or a hand air pump.

Step 6: Stop the inflation when the inflatable range is about 22 inches (across the balloon, not around the balloon)( (+/- 2 inches). he balloon will be full and round (just like a beachball), absolutely no seams or wrinkles.

** A measuring tape is included for you to utilize if you are unclear as to how big your balloon should be. If you follow the markings on the tape, it will ensure that you have added enough helium for your balloon to float correctly. **

Step 7: Using your hand, twist and turn the neck (where you inflated) of the balloon.

Step 8: Make a knot in the neck of the balloon with its extended tail, to prevent the filled air from flowing out.

Step 9: Apply the decal to the balloon.

Step 10: Using the included curling ribbon, tie 1 strand to the base of the balloon (above where your knot is) to create a balloon tail.

Confetti Instructions:


Take a clump of confetti and roll it together. Place the rolled up piece and insert it inside the balloon’s neck. Slide through with the chopstick (included). Repeat this process several times. Please note that the confetti won’t stick to the sides of the balloon, it only pools down to the bottom.



Decal Instructions:


Rest the inflated balloon (its seam) on something so that it is nice and straight in front of you. Peel the decal apart slowly (the paper part is the backing, and the transfer paper is the sticky side, which is what you need the writing to stay on). Best method is to place the decal face down, and then peel off the white paper backing. (If you find that the decal is not sticking well, use a credit card and rub the transfer paper against the decal to make it stick better.) You are now left with the decal (sticky side) ready to go on the balloon. Place the decal into position on the balloon, wherever you are most happy with it. Rub it nice and smooth onto the balloon with your fingers. Then you are going to slowly peel, from one corner, keeping it nice and razor sharp as you are peeling back (this is what helps the letters stay nicely in position). Keep on peeling all of the way to the other side.
