My second time ordering. The item was expected by July 14th and I still haven’t received it on July 17th. The shipping label was created on July 8th… so hoping it comes soon! I wanted to edit to say Lora reached out and was so helpful and sweet. I do know that things happen it’s just unfortunate when the timing is off. Wonderful customer service and attention to detail in the ring. Very pleased. Hope I get my ring soon!!
