Highlights
A lovely cake serving platter made of Limoges porcelain, France. The very first Limoges porcelain factory was actually a "Royal Pottery" founded in Limoges in 1736 by Massié. It was in this establishment, working with earthenware thanks to a royal decree, that the trials of manufacturing and firing Limoges porcelain began around 1770. The platter, white in color and decorated with a floral border of roses and green leaves, is in impeccable condition. It is adorned around its rim with a thin gold border. It measures 23.3 cm in diameter (9.1 inches) and 4.9 cm in height (1.9 inches). It weighs 660 grams. It is stamped on the bottom. Careful shipping via Mondial Relay in mainland France and certain European destinations, and Colissimo for international destinations. See you soon.
