“I requested my money back within minutes of downloading this, and the seller wasn't willing to refund my money; I figured it wouldn't be an issue since I reached out right away. I have a file I cannot use now. She mentioned. "if you don't know how to use Photoshop, then I could see where this is confusing." Yes, I know how to use Photoshop, but I don't have the time to figure out a complicated file that isn't easy to use. I won't purchase anything from this seller again.”

Response from siqxx90umpuq52vx

Hiya! Thanks for your lovely review! You did not raise a refund request through Etsy so i could see no way of doing it on my end. I responded straight away and offered assistance, my mock up uses smart objects (as most do) and smart objects do open a new file which you edit and save…it then updates the main project. That was it. I do believe a regular Photoshop user would know this, sorry if that offended you!
