5 out of 5 starsLove my print so much! Kate was amazing with her communication all throughout the process! My sweet pup had passed away unexpectedly and we weren’t able to get a print straight from his paw, but we did get a clay modeling. Kate was able to go off of pics from his clay print and give us an amazing print in his honor. Could not be happier!

Kate did an amazing job with my order. My dog recently passed away and the only print of her paw was one the vet did when she passed, and it wasn’t the best. I asked Kate if she could edit the print slightly to make it more clear, and I couldn’t be happier with it! She kept as much of the little details as possible and it turned out amazing. She kept me updated throughout the whole process, couldn’t recommend her enough!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I cannot fault at all! The pictures where absolutely beautiful, everything was personal. So kind and paid attention to every detail. The prints are so special, and we love them so much!!!

This is by far one of the most fabulous stores on Etsy with the most fabulous owner. Kate was very responsive to communication and treated our interactions with such sensitivity given the subject matter. The print itself is beyond perfect! Kate managed to keep all of the fur smudges and lovely details in the print of our dog's paw. You can tell it is lovingly made. The paper and print quality is excellent. Delivery was communicated well and items arrived neatly packaged and secure! Would certainly use the store again. Thank you!
