Once an order is delivered to an address I am unable to refund

I ship Monday-Friday and occasionally weekends if my shipping is going to take longer I will always communicate with you.

Please make sure your address is correct if Etsy does state address is not valid I will do a courtesy message to let you know so that I can retrieve a corrected address if I do not hear back I will refund the order as I did not get in contact before I ship my customized item
