How long will my parcel take to arrive?

USA & Europe ....................... Your parcel will typically they will get there between 4-6 days. There are exceptions, however, for non-contiguous U.S. states like Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, these will be sent with Royal Mail so might take a little longer and will not have tracking. If this is important or you need it quicker, please contact me to discuss options. UK ...... Your parcel is sent with Royal Mail as standard, we also offer upgrades to Evri next day (not guaranteed) and Royal mail next Day (GUARANTEED) IMPORTANT ................... All couriers can let us down, if your parcel is late please be kind when contacting me.

Are your bracelets waterproof?

The quick answer is no, they are not designed to get wet, therefore please protect when in the rain, or washing hands, and please don't bathe or shower when wearing.

My package hasn't arrived, what can I do?

Your parcels are insured by Royal Mail, however, Royal Mail don't class a parcel as missing until 45 days have passed. At this stage they will launch an investigation to find out what has happened to the parcel. At this point we can discuss whether you would prefer a refund or replacement.

Does the shipping include tracking?

UK ....... Orders within the UK will be sent 2nd class without tracking, however, shipping upgrades are available whilst checking out which will include tracking. USA & Europe ....... Orders to the USA will include tracking as standard (except non-contiguous U.S. states like Alaska and Hawaii - these are sent with Royal Mail and will not have tracking. If needed please contact me to discuss options). Please contact me to clarify or look at alternative options

Do you have any warranty?

We will happily repair or replace items that develop a fault when purchased within 1 month. Faulty items must be returned.

Please be kind, and understand that a courier letting you down is not something I can control, however, I will do my best to resolve this, and if it goes missing then I will work with your to get a replacement. 2. If your order is urgent, please reach out to me to discuss options to get it there quicker. 3. The dates provided by Etsy are ESTIMATES, and are to be used as a guide only. 4. Please allow extra time at busy times of the year like Christmas/Holidays. 5. Remember that Etsy now offer a protection to you, so if the parcel goes missing they will look to resolve this for you.
