We currently ship throughout Canada & The United States. Unfortunately, International shipping is not available at this time.

What is the size of your bags?

Our bags all vary in size. Please see individual product listings for sizing of the item you are inquiring about.

What are the care instructions for these bags?

Our bags are best left unwashed. It is strongly recommended that these bags not be laundered as the dye from the fabric could run. With that, for significant dirt or spills, our best advice would be to spot wash and air dry. In the event that the bag is going to get wet (i.e. used as a swimming bag), it is recommended to contain wet items in a water resistant container (i.e. wet bag/plastic grocery bag) within the bag, to preserve the contents of the bag and the bag itself, and to prevent any dye from running.

What is your return policy?

Anything that has been “Personalized” is a final sale. This includes Freezie Sleeves, Fanny Packs with customization, Tote Bags, & T-Shirts. Bags & Shirts are “Made To Order” with details hand picked by you (ie. size, colour, graphic, etc). which is why they are considered to be personalized items. There are no exchanges or refunds on these items. Face Masks are not returnable for refund or exchange for hygienic reasons. Fanny Packs that are purchased “blank” without personalization can be returned in a NEW condition. They must have original tags attached & be free of odours or any hair. Returns must be requested within 30 days of shipping date (to allow for shipping time). Return will not include shipping fee or return fee.
