As each item is printed and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges and cancellations once your order has been placed. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know immediately by contacting me via Etsy messages. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me via Etsy messages with photos of wrong/damaged items and I’ll resolve it for you as soon as possible.
