I provide approximate measurements for all items in my listings. Measurements are approximate because I sometimes have more than one of the same piece, and each crystal is naturally unique. Please allow for a variation of approximately 1–3 mm.

Crystal care varies depending on the mineral. Some crystals can be cleaned with water, while others should be kept dry. Likewise, some crystals can fade if left in prolonged sunlight. Crystals with an aura coating require a little extra care. I recommend cleaning them gently with a soft, dry cloth. If you do need to use water, use lukewarm water only, without detergents, and dry the crystal immediately with a soft cloth. If you're ever unsure how to care for your particular crystal, please feel free to send me a message and I'll be happy to help.

I take great care to ensure that every order is packaged securely so that it arrives safely. I use recyclable cardboard boxes, eco-friendly bubble wrap and biodegradable packing peanuts to help protect both your crystals and the environment. Every parcel also includes one of my White Sage Way information cards, which explains a little more about my environmentally conscious packaging choices.
