How long does it take to receive my Corjl order link?

You should receive an email from Etsy or Corjl shortly after placing your order with a link to access and edit your item. The email will go to the Etsy email address on file, so please ensure your email address linked to Etsy is up to date. You can also go directly to corjl.com and use your order info to login and access your purchased items.

Select the "Bleed" option when printing professionally. ∙ PNG - Email, text, or social sharing

Can I get a refund if I change my mind or decide not to use it?

No, all of our products are digital so we are unable to fulfill any refunds or exchanges. Please contact me before purchasing if you have any questions.

What paper should I use?

It's best to print on thick card stock. We recommend 100 lb or more. Remember: The thicker the card paper, the more elegant and luxurious it will look! Printing at home: The most important thing to remember when printing at home is the paper weight capabilities of your printer. Most home printers will print on 80 - 110lb card stock. Professional Printing: Anything over 100lb card stock. Cotton paper, handmade or linen paper stock work beautifully. Don’t be shy with paper color! Our designs look great on all shades of colored card.

Can I edit the design outside of Corjl?

No, we do not offer our designs to be used outside of Corjl. We do not provide illustrator or vector files. All designing is strictly within the Corjl platform only and saved as PDF, jpeg or png.
