Genuine DINOSAUR bone.
From the Morrison Formation in Utah which covers 600,000 square miles over several states, found to be the most fertile source of dinosaur fossils in North America. These specimens date back to the Jurassic Era, minimum 65 million years ago. It has petrified into stone as jasper and agate as it fossilized.

It is estimated that the Gibeon meteorite measured about 13 feet by 13 feet by 5 feet thick and weighed at least 26 tons when it plunged to Earth. It shattered into tiny fragments like shrapnel when it entered the Earth's atmosphere and this is why there is no impact crater.

This particular meteorite ring has the really wonderful Widmanstatten pattern synonymous with this meteor. To show the amazing pattern, it has been etched with acid and this is what reveals the characteristics. No two pieces are ever exactly the same in pattern.

Fossil Dinosaur Bone has an amazing cell structure which is visible. This shows up as honeycomb holes. The variations of color are determined by the sediment that was around at the time the fossil was formed. No matter how you look at it, this ring contains materials that are very, very, very old.

***Dinosaur bone inlays must be a minimum of 2 mm wide.

4 to 16, including 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 sizes. All rings have a comfort fit.

I have many different designs so please do have a little browse around:

***Meteorites are almost never "perfect". Please expect that there might be small imperfections/marks/inclusions visible in the meteorite. Their imperfection makes them unique and beautiful. Meteorites are formed as they travel through space and millions of years later they may land on earth. IF you prefer A PERFECT METEORITE, please leave a note for me in the "Message to Seller" box during checkout as there will be an additional cost of $300 which will be requested via Paypal invoice.
