What items can't be returned?

Anything custom, on sale, or DIY kits after opening or using. Likewise, clay cutters cannot be returned after using.

Do you charge restocking fees for returned items?

Restocking fees of 15-20% may apply to any returned order as deemed necessary, to cover packaging and packing expenses, especially on larger items such as ceramic vases and planters.

This is the cutest pot I have and it arrived looking exactly like the photo. My only complaint is that it's smaller than it looks like, I'd say about the size of a large coffee mug
