Custom and personalized orders

We are ready to make a garment that fits you well and makes you happy! We can do the following: • Make a garment shorter / longer • Make the sleeves shorter / longer • Change the place of the waist seam or the length of the waistband • Change the color to one that is not listed but is available on the palette. We can add 15 cm / 6 in at no charge. An additional charge of 10 euros is applied for every additional 15 cm / 6 in. IMPORTANT: We do not do exchanges, and customized/personalized pieces are non-refundable. IMPORTANT: Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for items that are being returned. By putting in your request for customization, you indicate that you have read and agree to the Shipping & Return terms.

Each listing contains a garment description with the measurements of the garment. We highly recommend comparing those measurements to your body measurements before placing an order. If you have any questions or doubts, we are ready to offer our help.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each order is packed into wrapping paper. If the clothes you ordered are a gift, we can write a postcard for that special person. At the checkout, put the text you would like us to write down on the postcard, and we will try to apply our best handwriting skills! For packaging, we use cardboard boxes and paper envelopes.

MATERIAL & CARE
The garment is available in medium weight linen, which is pre-washed and softened during the fabric manufacturing process. The garment should be washed in low temperature water (30-40C) on a gentle cycle. Avoid tumble drying to prevent color fading. Use environment-friendly laundry detergent. Do not bleach. Take the clothes out while they are still damp and air-dry. To remove wrinkles, iron the inside out, and set a low heat on the iron.

I love the weight of this dress, it seems so well made. I wish they offered a super rich chocolate brown, but went with cacao and love it. I also asked to purchase a linen belt in the same color so I could have the option to define the waist and I’m so happy with it. Next time I’ll feel more comfortable customizing based on my chest measurement to bring it in a bit because it is a very roomy fit and my bra does show on the sides but I don’t mind it!

Unfortunately, this just didn't do it for me. It was beautiful but way larger than anticipated. I ordered the S/M and I'm 5'2 140lbs and usually wear a size 6/8.
