This Vintage 1970 Scotch Plaid Thermos Picnic Bag, Box and Two Thermos Bottles is in very good used condition. The Thermos Bottles are unbroken, the lids and cups are without cracks or repairs. The food box works as it should without cracks, or repairs. There are two rub marks on both sides of the food box and the bag shows use on the bottom. PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.

Put out by the Thermos Company in the 1970's this picnic bag with plastic food box and two red white and black insulated glass Thermos Bottles, lids and cups, is the perfect tote to carry your food and drinks to a picnic while camping, hiking or boating.

The bag measures 14" high by 12" wide, by 5" thick. It has two handles and a zipper which opens the top to give access to the two Red, white and black Thermos bottles. Each Thermos bottle measures 12-1/2" tall and is 3-3/4" across the bottom. Each bottle has a white colored cup with a handle and a screw in rubbered cork to keep the liquid from spilling and keep it hot or cold. There is also a white food box with a sliding red lid that measures 13" long, 5-1/4" wide and 3-7/8" high. Perfect for storing sandwiches, cold cuts, veggies, chips, or whatever you desire to take on a picnic with you.

This is such a compact and smart looking picnic kit.
