LOSS / DAMAGE / SELLER ERROR:
I've been selling online since 2001 and package all items with care.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt and include photos of both the item and packaging. Items that are sent in error, damaged or lost in transit** will be replaced at no cost to the buyer whenever possible. If a replacement isn't available, a similar item or refund will be offered. You may be asked to return incorrect orders at my expense.
**Packages will be considered lost in transit 4 weeks after the shipping date for U.S. deliveries and 8 weeks for international deliveries. The seller will follow up with USPS if a package appears to be lost in transit.

NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER?
Contact me within 7 days of delivery and I'll work with you to resolve the issue. If a return is necessary, it must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Due to the nature of these items, I do not offer refunds on digital downloads.
Please read the listing carefully and make sure you're familiar with the programs required to use the files.

Packages shipped to an incorrect address due to buyer error may be lost, delayed or returned to me by USPS. In this case, the buyer will be responsible for additional costs related to reshipping. Refunds, if requested, will be issued for purchase price only after the returned package is received by me. Shipping charges are not refundable if an incorrect address is provided.

Your item will be mailed USPS First Class within the time frame stated in the listing. Shipping & processing days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. All packages shipped within the U.S. include delivery confirmation. First Class delivery typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive at its destination. I have no control over postal delays once a package has entered the postal system.

PRIORITY UPGRADE: I offer a Priority Flat Rate envelope shipping upgrade to U.S. buyers at checkout for an additional fee. USPS estimates delivery at 2-3 days but it is NOT guaranteed. I have no control over postal delays once a package has entered the postal system.

ALL DELIVERY TIMES QUOTED ARE ESTIMATES.
Seller has no control over postal delays.

My items are handmade by me. Some items are made in multiple quantities so I can list more than one for sale. The item you receive may not be the exact item shown in the photo but it will be made as close as possible.

CUSTOM ORDERS POLICY
I accept special orders and offer bulk pricing on 10+ of a single card design. If you need a different color or additional quantity of an existing item or have a design idea, feel free to contact me. I check messages daily and will respond within 24 hours. After a buyer and I have agreed on the specifics of the order I'll create a custom listing for purchase. Special orders must be purchased and paid in full before I start to work on them. Processing times will be determined based on the size of the order and availability of materials and will be agreed upon by both buyer & seller before the custom listing is created. There are no returns/refunds on custom orders if the item can't be resold in my shop.

FAQs

My tags are handmade by me but I'm not set up to print on them. I'd be happy to hand stamp "thank you" on your tags but I can't add names, dates or other personal information.

PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PURCHASE to request hand stamping as it may require an additional charge. Messages left in the notes to seller at checkout without contacting me first may result in your order being delayed or cancelled.
Yes! Please contact me privately to discuss a bulk order (10+ cards) of any single design in my shop. Larger orders require a longer processing time. See the next question for processing and shipping info.
Ready to ship items are mailed in 1-3 business days.

Items that are labeled as "made to order" have a longer processing time that allows me time to make your order and package it for shipping. Made to order items usually ship within one week, depending on the size of the order.

Special orders created through private message requests will be shipped in the time frame agreed upon at the time of the order.

Delivery time** depends on your location and the method of shipping you choose at checkout. Most first class packages arrive in 4-7 business days. Priority delivery is usually 2-3 business days but is not guaranteed. See my shop policies regarding postal delays and lost packages.
