My four year old recently lost her mastiff, he was with her since she was a baby. I tried to find something gentle for her to help her understand. After we read this book together she rested her hand on the cover, and now she tells everyone the book is special to her. I definitely believe it helped her in some way. I love this! Thank you so much for inscribing it to my 8 year old twins from our dog who passed. They cried and thought he sent it to them from the beyond. Both of my boys hadn't been able to cry about his passing until they read this book. It has helped us all heal and feel loved.
