The six panel baseball cap is one of the most popular styles worn today. The shallow cut is popular with vintage baseball teams, re-enactors, and others with an eye for throwback flair. Keeping true to tradition, this cap is handcrafted using top-notch materials that would have been found on turn of the century headwear. The front stiffener is genuine hair canvas with a buckram visor, and the hat itself is made with 100% cotton Corduroy and a cotton twill sweatband. Prefer another fabric or different type of sweatband? Just ask, we love custom orders.

Find out what a great fitting hat feels like, available in either fitted or with a hidden elastic adjustable panel in back (in small, medium, large and X large). The more you wear our caps, the more comfortable they grow.

We welcome custom orders and have a wide variety of fabrics and materials to choose from. Caps can be customized with accent bands of wool or braid trim and depending how how authentic you want to go, the sweatband is available in either supple leather or a cotton twill band. Feeling creative? Send us your a fabric of your choice and we can make a truly bespoke custom cap. Contact us for more information or a quote. Happy Hatting!
