Can I sell items made using patterns from Claire Fairall Designs?

Can I return or exchange a pattern?

Digital PDF Patterns As soon as your payment is complete, you’ll receive a link to download your PDF pattern. If you haven’t downloaded the pattern and need a refund or exchange, just let me know—I’m happy to help. Printed Paper Patterns If you have any problems with your paper pattern, please get in touch. I’m always happy to offer a refund if needed. Exchanges are only possible if I’ve sent the wrong item by mistake. Do you sell finished items?

I’m sorry, but I don’t sell finished knitted items—I simply don’t have enough time to design and knit extras. My focus is on creating patterns so you can enjoy making your own special creations!

How will I receive my pattern?

Patterns are available as either instant download PDFs or printed paper copies sent by post. Each listing clearly states which version you’re purchasing—both in the title and in the pattern information. Please do double-check before buying to make sure you’re getting the version you want—but don’t worry, if you order the wrong one by mistake, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help sort it out. Digital PDF patterns are ready to download as soon as payment is made. After your purchase, just click the “View your files” link on your purchases page to access your downloads. I aim for all my patterns to be suitable for beginner or intermediate knitters. You’ll find simple shaping throughout, and any unusual stitches or techniques are fully explained. Each pattern includes clear, line-by-line instructions and detailed, illustrated guidance for making up your project. I can't find my download

Please double-check that you’ve purchased the instant download version, not a printed pattern! If you’ve ordered the wrong one by mistake, don’t worry—I can issue a refund if needed. Instant downloads can only be accessed on a PC, laptop, or tablet—they can’t be downloaded directly to your phone. To find your files, go to your Purchases and Reviews tab (in the drop-down menu under your profile picture at the top right of the screen), and you’ll see a link to download your pattern. Why can't I download my pattern

You can’t download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. Instant downloads can only be accessed via a PC, laptop, or tablet—they can’t be downloaded directly to your phone. Do you post printed patterns outside of the UK?

Due to tariffs and other international sales complications etc, I only post to the UK . My digital patterns are available to download world wide.

Lilly and May are ready to welcome spring with their charming new outfits!

Lilly wears a pretty dress and a matching cardigan, both edged with delicate picot trim on the sleeves and skirt hem. Her outfit is finished with a cheerful contrast stripe at the hems for a touch of fun.

May is dressed in a lovely two-tone dress with playful stripes on the skirt, topped with a smart cardigan trimmed in coordinating colours.

You might like to knit their socks and shoes right into the leg, so they’re always neat and never go missing. Or, leave their feet bare and whip up a few pairs of sweet little shoes that can be swapped to match every outfit—perfect for dressing up and play.

Their tidy knitted hair, finished off with colourful coordinating bows, is a breeze to make and stays neat no matter how many adventures come their way!

Both the dolls and their outfits are knitted flat on standard straight needles and then seamed. You’ll use simple stitches throughout, working the dolls from the head down, and adding the arms and hair at the end for that special handmade finish.

Make one and yarn over stitches are used in the patterns.
