BALLOON INFORMATION:

* Instructions to inflate the double bubble are included on the package, in addition to a link of a video you will be provided with. It would be best to find a local party supply, maybe a Dollar General, or a florist shop, to inflate this balloon as it can be tricky the first time. This is a stretchy plastic balloon, neither mylar foil or latex.

* The mylar foil Mickey shape and the mylar foil number may be inflated with helium or air.

* Mickey banner latex 11" inflate with air and attach ends to something stable with tape or command hooks.

* Home helium tanks are NOT recommended due to the often low ratio of helium to air; however you can tape to a wall as a photo op and use air to inflate (test tape first to ensure no damage to your wall).

* All balloons made by leading American professional brands of choice, far superior quality to balloons made outside of the USA.
