HOW TO ORDER

1. Please purchase the product with the options you want. (We also do a custom backgrounds, please message for further info)

2. Please put your requests (pose/outfits/hairstyle/tattoos/any other details you want to include in the portrait) in the description box when purchasing.

3. You can add your family name on the portrait. The right way to write down your family name is without apostrophe. So the right one is "The Parkers" , instead of "The Parker's"

4. After your order are submitted, please send us your photos through Etsy messages. Any kind of photo would do; selfies, individual or group photos, as long as it shows your features clearly.

5. We will provide a download link to your finished portrait (in JPEG format or other requested format) will be sent to you by Etsy message. No physical prints will be sent to your address.

6. You can request for revisions after we send you the first result. Feel free to discuss with us.

Our photo turned out amazing! The artist had so much attention to detail, and she incorporated all the random details I requested! She was also willing to make an edit to the original file. My only disappointment after my initial order & communication on 12/6 (and again on 12/8) is that I didn't get any response back from the artist until 12/10. At that time she shared the file and asked if there was anything I wanted to change. I responded on 12/12, but then again I didn't receive any confirmation or reply from the artist until 12/18. This delay stressed me out a bit because I want to have time to order a print of it before Christmas. I was only hoping for a bare minimum reply like "got it, I will start working on it." However, it all turned out okay in the end. This artist did very quality work, and I absolutely love it!!
