Once USPS is in possession of your order, we do not have control of the shipping speed and we are no longer responsible for the item. If you cannot locate your item, please call your local post office with your tracking number that was provided in your shipping notification email. Please understand that lost or delayed mail happens and as frustrating as it is, it is completely out of my control. As much as I wish I could, I am unable to assist in finding mail. Shipping Speeds & Costs

USPS First Class mail is used for anything less than 16 oz. (like a blanket or mini heating pad). This method is slowest form of shipping so if you need it faster, please upgrade to Priority Mail in the cart. If you need an estimate of when you will receive your item, please contact the shop. Anything above 16 oz. (cat or dog neck wraps) will automatically ship Priority Mail.

Custom and personalized orders

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom orders. If there is a problem with your order please contact the shop to have it resolved quickly. Shop sales and discounts do not apply to custom or bulk orders unless specified.

The all rice heating pads retain heat (and cold) the best but they are a bit heavier (about 3 lbs). It is a nice comfortable weight but if you prefer something lighter, the shop offers a rice+buckwheat option that weighs a little over 2 lbs. It still retains heat and cold well but for a slightly shorter time period. If you have any questions on this subject please feel free to contact the shop.

Why isn't my cat heating pad full?

When the "all rice" option is selected, your heating pad will be filled with just over 3 pounds of rice. The heating pad is not completely filled because it needs open space so you can move the rice around and it can conform to your neck and shoulders. In addition, if the heating pad is too heavy the fabric seams will get stressed and it won't last very long. If you want your cat to look more "full" please choose the 50/50 Rice Buckwheat option. It is lighter weight but a little more "fluffy". Please message the shop with any questions. Thank you

We now ship to Canada! All Canada orders are shipped International First Class which is the slowest way to ship -- if you need your order sooner please message the shop for a shipping upgrade to Priority Mail.

I purchased this eye pillow to help comfort my newborn during sleep by mimicking the gentle weight of my hand, and it has worked wonderfully for us. The quality is excellent, it's well-made, and the soft fabric feels very soothing. It arrived exactly as described and has become a helpful part of our bedtime routine. Very happy with this purchase!
