Alampay itself is good - arrived needing some ironing and smelled like perfume but it’s ok. Needed it soon and can deal. Except I messaged soon after ordering if pin was included and was told it was; arrived 2 days later and it wasn’t. Upon asking, was told per “logistic team” the pin was no longer available and can use any pin that matches it. Photos showed a pin and the pin is integral to the whole alampay look, and I asked really just to confirm. Other reviewers said theirs came with it. So inconsistent and not transparent. Oh - was offered some discount for future order but how often do we really wear filipiniana? Also shipping status wasn’t updating until I queried. So there.
