When your gold or silver jewelry tarnishes, it doesn’t mean they are fake; Real gold and silver can naturally aged. The higher the karat of a gold jewelry is, the less likely it is to tarnish.

Our body chemistry also differs that is why some people’s jewelry may be more inclined to tarnish or tarnish more quickly than other individuals.

Although our jewelry is quality made, some chemicals and oils from your face can speed up the oxidation process. Trying to avoid lotion, perfume, hairspray, deodorants and cleaning stuff like chlorine and detergents. If you want your jewelry last a longtime and and keep them in pristine condition, please read the care instruction.

A little love goes a long way. Please clean it regularly by using warm water and dry with a cotton cloth. Wipe it with your alcohol pad after use and polish with the jewelry cloth will make them shine again. When you're not wearing it, store it into a sealed bag or a jewelry box separately will keep them from scratching each other and oxidation.

If you see they are started tarinshed, you can add a few drops of professional cleaning liquid to warm water and wipe the tarnished part with the mixture using your fingers or a cotton swab. Do not use toothpaste or baking soda as they are too abrasive.

Since international mail is affected by several circumstances, we can't solve delivery delays cases. Please understand that, once the package is sent, transit times, custom delays, and delivery times are totally beyond our control. You can track your shipment anytime in your purchased orders.

We ship worldwide! However, buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs or issues with postal services. All international shipping cost is not refundable.

We will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:

1) The address provided by you was not correct.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

We will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, We will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package for return. Once the return has been confirmed by us please return the purchase within 14 days from the delivery date.
All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
A $8 return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping fee and handling fee.It is a one time fee per order.
We carefully inspect all of the pieces before they ship out. If an order arrives damaged, it must be reported to us immediately within 24 hours.
We do not accept return or exchange if items are damaged after use. All customization items and sample sale jewelry are nonrefundable.

If the item is not returned in its original conditions or lost in the mailing process will not be accepted. The buyer will be responsible for any loss of value.
