5 out of 5 starsStellar responsive customer service. There were delays in production but the shop owner was communicative. Once it shipped it arrived amazingly in 2 days. We did have to use different different water lines to connect in the US. And there were a few scuffs on the faucet when it arrived. Exactly what I wanted though, looks great!
