The default shipping service in Yun Express and comes with tracking information. If you upgrade to a courier service, we use FedEx and DHL.
You will always receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

Due to items getting lost in the mail, we refuse to ship without tracking information.

We will try our best to ship as soon as possible. Our typical timeline to ship is 1-3 business days. Once the item is shipped, we will notify you with the tracking information. We will not be responsible for shipping delay by the courier once it leaves our hands.

We have a 7-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase via a receipt.
To start a return, please contact us first. Once we have confirmed your return is eligible, you will need to ship the item back to us. You will be responsible for return shipping cost. When returning a package, please ensure it comes with tracking information so we can track the package upon sending and receiving.

Upon receiving your return package safely, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
Please note we only refund the amount for the item minus the shipping cost. We will not issue a refund for any shipment.

We are very sorry! We strive to package and check every single item very carefully, but if there is any issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the delivery, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return on wrong or damaged item, please send it back to us in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Contact us with pictures of the damaged or wrong item. If your return is accepted, we will refund you or send you another just like it.

Wood is a natural material that comes with its own unique markings made by nature. Grains and knots are visible on some of our wooden toy products. These aren’t defects but rather showcase the unique beauty of a product from nature.

However, a product with visible damage or defective workmanship that interferes with the safe functionality of the product is considered defective.

Our products come from Asia! Some of them are handmade in Vietnam, China, Thailand, and Hong Kong.

We are well travelled and this has enabled us to visit manufacturers and choose specific materials and work with teams that align with our values of ethical supply chain. We set ourselves and our manufacturing partners benchmarks to strive towards quality products that are safe and cost effective, with minimal impact on our environment.

Our products where applicable carry the American (ASTM) and European (EN71) product safety standard certificates.
