Very well made and exactly as pictured. My daughter loves it. I liked the different charm and personalization options, making this a special gift. I planned to replace the chain with a nicer one that we had, but the base chain that comes with the necklace is actually quite nice and was the perfect length.

The ordering process was super easy, the owner very very helpful with the custom order. The items are absolutely perfect and beautiful. I've worn my piece for 17 days straight and nothing has broken or faded and neither have the other pieces!!!!
