How do I download my order?

Sign in to Etsy.com and go to the homepage. You can access your file(s) from 'Your account' -> 'Purchases and reviews' or at www.etsy.com/your/purchases You will also receive a download notification email from Etsy. Click on your order number near the top of the email to get to your files. PLEASE NOTE that digital products CANNOT be downloaded from the Etsy app, and you will need to log in on your web or mobile browser (such as Safari or Chrome) to download. If you are being redirected to the Etsy app automatically, long hold on the link and click 'Open' or 'Open in New Tab'. I used Apple Pay/Apple ID to order and can't access my files.

Unfortunately there can be issues using Apple Pay or Apple ID to purchase on Etsy so please use a different payment method to avoid delays in accessing your order. Make sure you are using a browser, NOT the Etsy app: First, check your Apple account email inbox for an email from Etsy with a download link (this is the email address associated with your Apple account). Also check your junk or spam folder. If you haven't received an email from Etsy, try logging in using your Apple email account on Etsy.com and your files will be in the 'Purchases and reviews' section. If neither of these solutions work, please contact the buyer support team directly here: etsy.me/3XsaZWF and they will be able to check and resolve any access issues for you.

I checked out as a guest - how can I access my order?

If you checked out as a guest (without logging in to an Etsy account), you should receive an email from Etsy after purchase to the email address you used during checkout. This email will have a clickable link that will take you to all of your files; usually clicking the order confirmation number near the top will take you there. You may need to first sign out of Etsy before clicking on the confirmation number link.

How do I download my order from my phone?

Unfortunately you CANNOT download from the Etsy app and will have to use an internet browser, such as Safari or Chrome, to download from a mobile device. Navigate to the Etsy homepage at Etsy.com, go to 'Your account' in the top right and then 'Purchases and reviews'. Click 'Download' beside your order. If you used Apple Pay or Apple ID, your order will be under your 'Apple user' account.

Are answer keys included in the game bundles?

Yes, there are answer keys included in each bundle for every game that needs one. They are a separate file and can be found in the same location in your account as the other files, in the 'Purchases and reviews' section. If you checked out as a guest, open the email from Etsy and click on the confirmation number and that will take you to where you can download the answer keys.

How do I open a ZIP file?

On Windows, right click then 'Extract All'. On a Mac, double click. You do not need to buy or download any software to unzip a file. Your computer will already have this function.

Where can I print my order?

Most of the products in our shop can be printed at home with regular paper or cardstock just fine, but if you would like a higher quality print, you can print them at any copy or print shop, or photo centre.
