Etsy listing pages are an "invitation to treat", not an "offer" by iLE AiYE knitwear. Customer Order and Payment is an "offer" and Contract will not be formed until Order Acceptance by iLE AiYE or dispatch of the goods (whichever is sooner). I reserve the right to decline an order.
If you fail to provide the necessary details I need to make your order, such as sizing in custom orders, for example, I will be unable to complete the order and it may be cancelled.
To cancel your order, notify me within 14 days of receiving it.
You must inform me of your decision to withdraw from this contract in writing, either via post, email or Etsy message. It’s preferable to use Etsy Conversations so that records of communications are available to Etsy's administration. You may use the Cancellation Form provided below but it is not essential.
Return your item/s within 30 days of receiving it.
Compliant with UK law I will reimburse you for your item and the initial standard shipping costs which is included in the garment price
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If you return only part of your order, you will be refunded the price of goods returned and delivery fees in proportion to the number of items returned.
Once the item is returned & inspected a refund will be issued within 3-5 days. If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, up to the full value of the order.
I don’t accept returns and cancellations for:
Custom, made to measure, personalised items and items on sale.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when I am at fault.
Delivery address cannot be changed after the order is placed. If you need to change it your order will be cancelled and you may then repurchase with the correct delivery address.
Agreed Time for Delivery of Goods (as per regulation 42 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) shall be:
- 3 weeks from order date for delivery to UK addresses
Refunds for items lost in the mail will be processed within 3-5 days after failure of item to arrive. - 30 working days are allocated before a none delivery can be refunded.

UK law now requires that we provide, before order, a "form" for you to cancel your order. Please print and use this form if you really want to, but it is not obligatory for you to use it:
