The seller was extremely responsive and answered all questions. All broken items got replaced without questions and I had enough pieces. Putting together the lamp was extremely time intense and took nearly 7 hours. The light itself gives an extremely cold light and after turning it on you feel like in a hospital and can easily operate on a body. It is a piece of art and a conversation peace, however I wouldn’t buy it again

We hung this in my new clinic and gets a lot of compliments! It’s cool looking. I removed a star because I order the warm light yet the cold blue was sent. I don’t like the cold light but my husband protested that he is not taking it down after the hours it took to assemble. So I’m stuck. Be sure to plug in the light prior to installing the glass to determine if it is the correct color option ordered.

The item is very unique and colorful, my issue was we had to thread each glass piece with a wire and then attach the wire around a simple structure, instructions that were given after asking were very vague and the wiring was NOT the same as our coding in the US, so it was a bit tricky. I’d say it was worth half of what i paid.
