If you are uncertain of our US size we offer as an option our "Perfect Fit Service" for $1.00 + Shipping both ways.

Our "Perfect Fit" shoes normally will ship out in about 7-10 business days depending on availability. You will receive one pair of shoes in your requested size and style for you to try on and then ship back asap for me to dye and embellish.

• Please understand colors may vary slightly due to fabric and lighting variations. It is always best to send a swatch from the dress to be matched and advise which side to match the color to. All shoes will be dyed to natural outdoor light unless otherwise specified.
• Because of fabric dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee an exact match. If more than one item is being dyed to a color please order them at the same time to guarantee they come from the same dye mixture.

NOT responsible for quality defects, style, size or fabric errors AFTER the shoes have been dyed. Please inspect all items prior to dyeing.

Pink2Blue Shoes ARE Not WATERPROOF.
They are dyed with a water-soluble dye and will run if exposed to water. A water- protecting spray has been used to minimize the damage done by moisture, but they do not render the shoes totally waterproof. Shoes that have been water-protected can not be redyed.
Dark colors may rub on your skin however it will come off with soap and water.
• Please allow about 4-6 weeks for us to process and dye your order, plus delivery time. Actual wear dates are needed on all orders.

If a sizing mistake was inadvertently made on YOUR part, I will happily remake each product for $15 ( $30 per set ) plus all shipping and handling upon your return of the first unused product postmarked within the 48 hours. SIZING & PERFECT FIT BRIDAL SHOE SERVICE BY PINK2BLUE

We recommend to all our clients this wonderful try on service that we offer because no two feet seem to fit the same shoe in the same way.
This service allows you to try on your shoes before they are dyed and embellished to ensure the correct fit.

My "Perfect Fit" try on shoes normally will ship out of my studio in about 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. Clients will receive one new pair of white pre-embellished shoes in their requested size and style to try on for fit and then ship back in 3 business days for me to custom dye and embellish. This service is offered to my clients at no profit to myself and customers are responsible for shipping both ways.

The Perfect Fit Guarantee:
With this service only, if after trying on the pre dyed pre embellished shoes and prior to your final pair, should the shoes not fit you may change sizes for no extra fee. If with this service you change your mind and decide you no longer want them a refund will be issued minus the shipping fee for this service. All shipping charges for this service are the responsibility of the client.

Once these customized shoes have been embellished my shoes are non refundable and non exchangeable.

They are designed to be preserved for your wedding day and as such, we do not recommend wearing them for dance lessons or outside. We recommend light wear on a carpeted surface to break them in.
