Description

Light blue beads, blue beads, porcelain beads, ceramic beads, circles on bead, organic beads, artist beads, focal beads, artisan beads

The listing is for this porcelain bead, which is almost a lavender blue, which has been textured. It is 22 mm hole to hole and 30 mm tall. The stringing hole is approx 1-2 mm.

I measure and shape by hand, rolling the clay by hand, so each is unique to itself. Each is bisque fired, glazed in detail, and refired in my kiln in my Fort Worth Home Studio.

I have discovered over time that each batch of beads fires in the kiln differently depending on the season, temperature, and humidity, and barometric pressure.

Typically the macro lens in the camera I use will pick up flaws (unique desirable markings - lol) that the naked eye cannot discern well. If these markings are important to you please ask if they are easily seen. For example, in these pictures, the macro lens picks up bubbles in the glaze. I would rather risk not making a sale than you buying a bead you are unhappy with. Thanks!

--------Inches -vs- Millimeters----------
1 inch = 25 mm
1/2 inch = approx. 12 mm.
