We are using non-standard and oversize mail Canada Post with no tracking # for cheaper and affordable service to help us maintain cheap delivery fee OR upgrade to express with tracking number and insurance. The choice is yours!


Delivery:
The package will be shipped from Kingston, Ontario, which may take 1-7 days or longer due to parcel delays affected by Covid. Purchases made outside of Canada may have to settle custom policies to get in your country for which our store has no liability.

Return Policies:
Returns are available within two weeks from the time it was delivered. Refunds can only be processed once the item arrives at our location. Contact us for more information.

Our product is designed to hold at least 1 cm thickness; We recommend sectioning your hair if your hair is more than 1 cm. It is best to use the items with braids at the tip, or using it to secure side bangs.

Is this suitable for baby hair?
We do not recommend this product under 4 years as it has small parts that may cause choking hazards. Use at your own risk.
