Q : How come your price is so low for Swarovski Crystal items? Are they real?

A : Sure! They are all real and Made with CRYSTALLIZED™ Swarovski Elements.I buy them directly from Swarovski Agent in Hong Kong which in big order size, like 1440pcs. So, the price is alot cheaper than other online stores.

Q : How will my order be packaged?

A : All the jewelry is packaged by colorful paper and specially wrapped by a tiny silk rose. Also, it will be a free upgrade to gift box if the total order payment (Item + shipping) is over USD25.

Q : I find out it has many options for the earrings post. Which post i should choose?

A : Please kindly read the character for each post and choose the best one for you.

*Plastic Post - It is a clear plastic post which will be good for METAL ALLERGY ears. The post will not turn to green and will not make the ear lobe into red too. Many customers love it alot as they finally solve the problem. But it needs to take care gently as they are just plastic and the crystal may fall off easily if it involves to water.

*Metal Post - It is strong and long lasting for wear. If you don't have the allergy issue, it will be highly recommand for it.

*Sterling Sliver Post - Some styles are only applied for Sterling Sliver and i have marked them in the listing. But i am also able to custom made some styles into Sterling Sliver. The additional cost will be USD 3-4 for a pair. Welcome to contact me for details.

► JEWELERY CARE:

1. Don't wear your jewelery while you're asleep or while you're having a shower or soak in the bath! All the jewelry should be taken off before swimming/exercising and kept clean and dry place when not in use.
2. Avoid spary perfume to your jewelery. Perfume contains strong chemicals which can cause a reaction meaning the plating will tarnish and eventually break.
3.Brass items need to be looked after as brass tarnishes over time (although this does add to the vintage look!). To get your pieces shiny again just give them a wipe with some Brasso or see more tip on the bottom.
4.Please treat your pieces gently! Although every care is taken to ensure the strongest materials are used (i.e. glue) they may not withstand hard labor!
