It is a KNITTING PATTERN ONLY, not the actual hat, so that you can make the item yourself with your own choice of yarn and color.

A wild little friend to adorn your little one’s head and add some whimsy to his winter wardrobe! It is completely seamless and keep your needles engaged, using intarsia and short row shaping. This fitted beanie is a perfect gift for any child and boy or girl. Fox or wolf - both included in the pattern. Make your choice and have fun!

Techniques and Notes:
The beanie is knitted in two colors in one piece, using intarsia in the round wrap and turn method. Then the body of the beanie is divided in two parts, the contrast color part is placed onto a spare needle and the main color part is knitted in back and forth using short rows for ears shaping and join as you go method for seamless result.

The pattern provides instructions for toddler, child and adult sizes, including written instructions and photo tutorial.

Yarn
Phildar Givre (approx 102 yds/93 m 50 gr) –50% Wool, 20% Alpaca, 20% Nylon, 10% Acrylic or any aran weight yarn that will knit to gauge
Main color – 67-77-87-100 yds /61-71-80-90 m
Contrasting color – 22-22-22-25 yds /20-22-20-22 m

Gauge
18 sts and 26 rows = 4”/10 cm using US 6 (4 mm) needles in St st after blocking

Finished Measurements
Brim circumference: 16 ¼ - 18 1/8 -19 ¼ -20 1/8” (41-46-49-51 cm)
Height: 6 ¾ - 7 1/8 – 7 ½ – 7 7/8 ” (17-18-19-20 cm)
