Yes, indoor vinyl is removable. We use the highest quality indoor vinyl on the market, and it removes easily by simply peeling it back off very SLOWLY. The heat of a hair dryer on low just beforehand will soften the vinyl for easier removal. They should not leave behind any residue or damage paints.

No, die-cut vinyl decals are not reusable. They cannot be reused, or moved/re-positioned. They are a one time use only.

First class and Priority shipping are not guaranteed arrival before any certain date by the post office, therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery by any certain date as well. If you need the decal quickly, we recommend the Priority Shipping Upgrade option at checkout.

We are NOT responsible for shipping delays by the post office. We do not offer refunds for decals that arrive later than the estimated shipping date. Again, all dates are an estimate from Etsy, and not a guarantee. Please order your decal as early as possible if you are needing it for an event.

We only send proofs for personalized decals. Be aware that your order will not be able to start until proofs are approved. Since we offer these at no charge/risk to buyers, we cannot be responsible for decals not adhering, or colors not matching your decor after placing an order. If you want to be certain on adhesion and colors, we highly suggest requesting samples before placing an order.

All orders are mailed via USPS First Class Mail unless Priority shipping is purchased as well. You will receive an email notification once your package has shipped, and it will contain your tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time with this number at USPS.com.

Unfortunately, the scans are not always an accurate representation of where your package is. We've seen domestic orders take 2 full weeks to deliver, though this is rare, thankfully. For this reason, we will not send replacements or consider a package "lost" until ten full business days have passed since shipping. Business days are Mon-Fri, and do not include weekends or holidays.

Please Note - We are not able to issue refunds or replacements for packages that are scanned as "Delivered" via your tracking number.

Our vinyl decals will adhere to almost any smooth surface including walls, windows, glass, mirrors, finished woods, laptops, plastics, tiles, and more! The decals will adhere to slightly textured walls.
** Important note: Interior grade vinyl decals have been found to have lower adhesion levels with some types of VOC free paints and/or paints containing stain blockers and even primer/paint all in one. If you are worried you have this type of paint, we advise you prepare the area for a smoother application process by using a cleaning solution of 70% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and 30% water to clean the wall twice. This can help remove dirt, dust, oils, and other contaminants that can prevent the decal from adhering. Be sure it is totally dry before trying to apply the decal.
Also, let paint cure: Some paints, like latex, can take up to 30 days to cure. Before applying a decal, make sure the paint has cured and settled. .

Due to the customized and made to order nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. (Initials, names, sizes, colors, and fonts selected are all customizations that make your order especially for you!) We hold no stock. All orders are custom cut after order is placed. We cannot accept cancellation requests once production of an order has started.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫? 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐲𝐥 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐮𝐬𝐞?
Our decals are die-cut, meaning the designs/letters are cut out of solid color rolls of vinyl. They contain NO background or clear outline around them. They are applied with a sheet of transfer tape that is later removed. Die-cut decals are very different than printed decals where inks are used on a clear background. We use Oracal brand vinyl for our decals. We also use the Oratape transfer tape that is specifically designed to work with Oracal brand vinyl. These are the highest quality materials in the industry.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐲𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨?
The best type of surfaces are hard/smooth/solid surfaces such as; wood, plexiglass, acrylic, foam board, poster board, glass, chalkboard, etc.. The decals do not stick well to fabric of any kind, including arch covers. While some customers have tried and have had success, there have been many who have not, which is why we don't recommend fabric of any kind.
