It is impossible to show accurate colours or the quality and finish of the envelopes on a phone or computer screen. If you are unsure of it's suitability for your purposes please purchase a sample first. Keep away from sunlight.

Our darker envelopes are made from fully dyed paper. As with all deeply pigmented stocks, slight colour transfer can occur if the surface rubs against lighter or textured cardstock, experiences friction or humidity during transit. This is a natural characteristic of dyed fibres and not a product fault.

Your order will be sent to you via Royal Mail, and we will notify you once it has been dispatched. Free postage and packaging are applicable only within the UK. Please note that we typically dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment. However, during busy periods, there may be some delays.

For international shipping to most countries, the delivery time is usually around 4-10 working days. However, please be aware that there might be delays due to Brexit and customs procedures. Rest assured, we will provide you with tracking details so that you can keep track of your package. It is important to ensure that someone is available to receive the item upon delivery.
