power transformer removed from an old Microwave Oven

this MOT includes a large capacitor

if you read the Instructables web site, you know how many handy items can be made based on hacking and adapting one of these monsters, such as a Metal Melter, or a resistance Spot-Welder. High amperage electricity can easily melt metal
or you can make a power supply, battery charger, or mebhaps you have some other project in mind !

heavy steel core with copper windings. I don't know how to decipher the codes on the label, nor did I make note of the power of the oven that I took this out of.
