To order a custom portrait, simply go to the specific custom listing you would like, select the number of people (and pets, if needed) that you would like, add to your cart, and purchase as normal.

Then, email me photos to ruthdrawsetsy@gmail.com and include any details you think might be important (e.g. eye colour, clothing, hairstyle, personality, likes/dislikes, toys for pets, etc.).

After you have done that, I can get to work!

The "with pets" option on the drop down menu of my custom portrait listings includes up to 4 pets.

If you want more than 4 pets to be featured in your portrait, then please contact me and we can sort out a new price.

In general, I charge an additional £5 pet additional pet.

Due to the same amount of detail that goes into drawing a child as an adult, children fall under the "people" option on my listings (plus, children ARE people)!

So, for example, if you want a portrait of a child with their parents, then it would be the "3 people" option, or "3 people with pets" if you would like any pets included.

This really depends on the time of year. During busier times, like Christmas, the processing time can increase to around 5 weeks, and during quieter times it can be as low as 2 weeks.

In general, it is best to order your portrait as soon as possible to avoid delays.

PRINTED PORTRAITS
These are portraits that I print and send out to you in the mail. They are only sized at A4 (approximately 8x10 inches) or smaller.

PRINTABLE PORTRAITS
These are portraits that you can print yourself. I can create them at any size you would like, as I only send you the digital file.

PRINTABLE PORTRAITS

These are portraits you print from yourself. When the artwork is complete, I send you the digital file and you can print it yourself by sending it to a printing company or using your own personal printer.

PRINTED PORTRAITS

These are portraits that I print out for you and send in the mail. Each portrait is sent with tracking and requires a signature on delivery to ensure its safe arrival at its destination. They are only available as A4 (approx. 8x10) in size, if you would like a larger size then I recommend purchasing a PRINTABLE PORTRAIT as I can create that at any size you would like and you can print it yourself.
