No. We do not use soy in our product.

Some of our macarons will contain peanut. Please make sure to read the item detail for each listing.

Our macarons do not contain ingredients with gluten. However, our facility is not gluten free certified and carries common ingredients like wheat flour, etc.

We do not include an ice pack for our standard shipping. The ice packs are only effective for expedite shipment. If you are interested in expedited shipment, please upgrade the shipping at the checkout or message us before you submit the order.

Summer is here and we would like to remind you to refrigerate your macarons upon arrival. Please note, we are doing everything we can to make and deliver your order by the requested date. If there is any heat related problem with your package, we ask that you let us know within 2 hours of delivery. We cannot be responsible for spoilage due to packages sitting in the hot Sun outside.

For purchase over $50 (between June - Sept), we will include icepack at no additional cost.

We do not accept any exchange or return. 25% cancellation fee may be applied to any cancellation request. Please contact us at your earliest convenience if your event has been rescheduled or canceled.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE:

If your receive our products in an unacceptable condition, please message us as soon as possible (within 48 hours of delivery). We will arrange either a refund or a replacement at our discretion. All we need is a photograph of damaged macarons sent along with your message.

We will consolidate your orders into the smallest number of packages and upgrade the shipping method automatically. If you need them to be in an individual package as shown in the listing, please message us of your request. For our standard shipping, we will use USPS. We can upgrade your order to UPS shipping upon request (additional shipping fee may apply). Please contact us once the order is submitted. Please note, UPS cannot ship packages to P.O. Box address.

The lead time is usually between 2-4 days except character macarons (1-2 weeks). We try to ship as soon as we can. For surprise macaron set, the lead time will be shorter. The transit time is between 1-3 days to the West Coast and 2-7 days anywhere else in the continental U.S.

Yes you can, simply add your instruction in the “note to seller” field that you want them to be delivered on a certain date before you submit the order. This way we can insure that your order will be made and delivered by the requested date. Please note, if you request to receive the macarons between Monday-Wednesday, the package will arrive on Friday or Saturday the week prior to the requested date. For Thursday-Sunday, we will ship them on Monday or Tuesday of the requested week.

If you are submitting the order for two or more events, they will have to be placed separately.

For custom orders, There is a minimum of 48 macarons per color or flavor. The cost is $3 per macaron before shipping. Please message us for more information.

We develop our macarons to stay at room temperature up to 7 days during transit. We recommend that you store them in a refrigerator up to 7 days or a freezer for up to 30 days.

Before you eat, please allow macarons to reach room temperature throughout (at least 2 hours is an optimal wait time). You can leave them on the counter, if you are planning to finish them within 1 or 2 days.

To avoid the package siting in the heat, please make sure to transfer your macarons into a refrigerator or a freezer upon arrival. You will receive a delivery notification via email and/ or on your phone through Etsy.
