# CUSTOM DESIGNED APPAREL
All apparel is unisex with a relaxed, classic fit and sourced from premium-quality brands.
T-SHIRTS: Made from Airlume combed and ringspun cotton. Solid colors are 100% cotton; Heather colors are approximately 52–60% cotton and 40–48% polyester. Designs are applied using Direct-to-Fabric (DTF) or vinyl printing for vivid color and lasting durability. Unless otherwise stated, all t-shirts are short-sleeved.
COMFORT COLORS T-SHIRTS: Made with 100% soft ring-spun U.S. cotton and cotton threads. Features topstitched, classic-width, rib collar, a seamless body, and almost no shrinkage. Please note: If the "Shirt Size" dropdown does not clearly state "Comfort Colors" or "CC", the item is not from the Comfort Colors brand.
SWEATSHIRTS: Constructed from soft and durable fabric (30 single, 3-end fleece, 8.25 oz / 280 GSM) with efficient absorbency and less than 5% shrinkage. Features a 100% cotton face with a tight-knit surface for high-quality printing.

# BLANK APPAREL

1. Review the size/color charts provided in the listing pictures.
2. Select your "Shirt Size" and "Shirt Color" from the dropdown menus.
3. Enter any personalization notes in the "Personalization" box. (For best results, choose a design color that contrasts with the shirt color.)
4. Choose the "Quantity" of shirts. (Prices are per shirt, even if listing pictures show multiple shirts.)
5. Click "Add to Cart". (For multiple shirts, repeat the process for each one.)
6. Proceed to "Checkout"

### BETTER VISIBILITY ###
If you do not specify a color for lettering or design, we will choose a preferred color for you.
If you have specific color preference, please type it in the personalization box, we recommend selecting a contrasting color for optimal visibility.

### SHIPPING ###
We typically process orders within 1–3 days, offering one of the fastest turnaround times for custom design shops. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times (in no-rush, off-season) in USA:

> USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
> USPS Priority Express Mail: 1–2 business days
USPS First Class Mail is our standard shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We have no control over shipment processes once your order is shipped. Delays may occur due to factors such as weather, traffic disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseen issues.

### CARE INSTRUCTIONS ###
- Wash inside out in cold or warm water with similar colors.
- Tumble dry on low heat.
- Iron on medium heat, avoiding the prints.
- Do not bleach or dry clean.

1. Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of it before opening. This precaution will assist you in any claims with the carrier.
2. Package Handling: All items undergo a thorough quality check before packaging. We never ship damaged items. To avoid accidentally cutting or damaging your apparel, please do not use scissors or sharp objects when opening your package.
3. Handcrafted Variations: As our items are handcrafted, slight variations in color, shade, pattern, and size may occur.
4. Brand & Product Representation: Listing images are for design display purposes only. We are not committed to specific brands, as we use high-quality shirts and sweatshirts from multiple manufacturers based on stock availability. If you have a brand preference, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability. Please note: If the "Shirt Size" dropdown does not clearly state "Comfort Colors" or "CC", the item is not from the Comfort Colors brand.
5. Product Listings & Selection: Due to platform limitations, different product types (e.g., shirts, sweatshirts, Comfort Colors shirts) may not be displayed in a single listing. Separate listings exist for the same design on different apparel types. If you find a design under a shirt listing but want it on a sweatshirt, please search our shop for the sweatshirt version. To order multiple product types, add each item separately to your cart.
6. Made-to-Order Policy: Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if you experience any issues, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
7. Pricing: All prices are listed per item, regardless of whether the listing images or titles refer to sets such as “for family,” “for couple,” “for twins,” or “for groups.” Please make sure to select the appropriate quantity based on the number of items you need.
8. Size & Product Selection: This listing may include both shirts and sweatshirts under the "Shirt Size" dropdown. Review all available options in the "Shirt Size" dropdown before purchasing.
Items not explicitly labeled as toddler, youth, or onesie are adult sizes.

9. Shipping & Delivery: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Once your order is shipped, we have no control over shipping processes. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseen issues.
We generally drop off packages at the USPS store on the same day or the next day after generating the shipping label. If the USPS scanner that provides electronic receipts is broken or turned off, we proceed without scanning. In such cases, the package may appear as Pre-Transit even though it has been dropped off. However, it will update to In-Transit once USPS begins handling it.

Design & Personalization Policy: Design elements such as lettering, illustrations, colors, and other visual components are considered core parts of the design unless explicitly marked as customizable. If no request is made to change or remove a specific design element, we will proceed with the original design and apply your personalization as provided. If you wish to modify or exclude any part of the design, please clearly state this in the personalization box at checkout.
Unless you specify color preferences for the full design or specific elements, we will choose the most suitable color combination based on the design and apparel color.
11. Color & Brand Matching:
We strive to ensure consistency in color and brand for multiple items in a single order. However, due to inventory limitations, exact matches may not always be possible.
In such cases, we will use the closest available color shade or alternative brand to match as closely as possible.

# PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat Press For DTF: TEMPERATURE: 305 F, TIME: 18 Seconds, PRESSURE: Medium/Heavy
1. Pre-press shirt to remove moisture
2. Place Your DTF TRANSFER on Garment
3. Remove the t-shirt from the heat press and wait till the DTF TRANSFER to cool down. Then peel pls.
4. Place back the t-shirt on the heat press and press it again
for another 10 seconds with parchment paper or Teflon sheet on top.
