The Craft Process✨

This collection of earrings are crafted from polymer clay. Each piece is unique and has its own character. They are cut out from a slab so each pair is slightly different from the image.

All of my earrings are very lightweight, so much so you even forget you have them on.

The process starts with creating a thin wafer of the various colours used in each piece. The wafer is then cut to shapes and baked in an oven to harden. Then follows a long process of sanding and polishing each piece and finally a protective coating is applied. The final earring takes many hours to complete to ensure a good finished product.

Although much care is taken to create a polished finish, there will be small imperfections as it isn’t possible to ensure a completely smooth surface with the materials used.

Packaging🌿

Each piece will be posted in eco-friendly packaging.

Τhey are mounted on a white card and wrapped in a protective card envelope as seen in the image below. For the postage it will be sent in a protective small box to avoid the use of environmentally harmful bubble wrap.

The cost of postage will be added to the purchase price. I will use 2nd class post - no tracking - to keep your costs as low as possible. Please let me know when you place an order should you prefer a different postage method.
