Vintage c.1950’s - c.1960’s pottery bird figurines. These striking dove figurines have a vibrant shiny turquoise glaze. Each bird figurine seems to have a slightly different personality. One has a prominent puffed up chest and the other has a rather coy expression. The pieces are marked on the base very faintly “EA 39”, but I was unable to confirm the maker of this set. One dove measures 4 3/5” tall x 4” across the widest point. The other dove measures 4” tall x 4 ¼” across the widest point. Overall the set is in very good vintage condition. There are no cracks on either piece. There are two very small flea bit sized chips in the glaze on one of the birds. One of the chips is on the edge of the tail feathers and the other chip is along the edge of the base. There are no chips in the glaze of the other figurine. There are only extremely light signs of wear on the bases of both pieces. Add a stunning pop of color to your home’s décor with this delightful vintage pair. Shipping insurance is suggested. Please message me at time of purchase if you would like me to add shipping insurance for an additional cost.

Please note that all sales are final. Please read the item’s description carefully and contact me for any additional information. If you do not request shipping insurance I cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur in shipping.
